How do renewals, cancellations, or pauses work at Urban Sports Club?

In this article, you’ll learn how your Urban Sports Club membership automatically renews, how to cancel if you change providers, and how to pause your membership without ending it permanently.

Renewal, Term, and Transferability

  • Automatic Renewal: After your successful registration, your membership automatically renews from month to month.
  • Term: The membership remains active until you either terminate it directly in the Urban Sports Club portal or select another provider in your Goodies mask.
  • Transferability: Please note that your membership is strictly personal and therefore non-transferable to other people.
How to change your provider (Cancellation)

If you want to switch to another voucher provider, you will automatically terminate your Urban Sports Club membership by doing so. Follow these steps to complete the switch:

  1. Open your Goodies mask in the portal.
  2. Select your new desired provider by the last day of the current month at the latest.
  3. Save your selection.

Your Urban Sports Club membership will then be automatically terminated (canceled) at the start of the next month.

How to pause your membership

WICHTIG: If you want to temporarily pause your Urban Sports Club membership to resume it at a later date, a strict system rule applies:

Provider change during a pause: As soon as you are in an active pause and then select another voucher provider in your Goodies mask, your Urban Sports Club membership will be canceled immediately.
