How do I select my vouchers in the become.1 app?

How to select your vouchers:

1. Log in at app.become1.de.
2. Click on Goodies on your dashboard.
3. Click on Voucher selection.
4. Click on Change in the lower section.
5. Search for your desired provider and click on the corresponding logo.
6. Then click on Select voucher.
   
   
7. If necessary, select your fallback provider and confirm your entry (more information on this below). 
8. Check your newly confirmed selection in your voucher selection overview.
   
   

What is a fallback voucher?

A fallback ensures that you always fully utilize your monthly budget. If your budget does not exactly match the available voucher values of the main provider, the difference is topped up with a voucher from the fallback provider. Example: You receive a monthly budget of €50, but Spotify does not offer €50 vouchers. In this case, you will receive a €30 voucher from Spotify and a €20 voucher from your fallback selection.

 

Important: Deadlines and automatic renewal

You can change your desired provider at any time until the end of the current month for the following month (e.g., if you want to change your selection for February, January 31st is the last possible day to do so). Don't worry: If you don't make any changes, your previous selection (including the fallback provider) will automatically remain in place for the coming months! On the 1st of a month, you will see the voucher and can request and redeem it right on time for the 25th of the month.
