How Do I Add The Become.1 Card To My Google Wallet?

You can easily add your become.1 Card to your Google Wallet. This article explains step-by-step how to proceed and which card details you need to retrieve beforehand.

Step-by-Step Instructions / Explanations

In Advance: Retrieving Card Details

You need the following basic information:

  • Card Type: Debit

  • Bank Name: SWAN

To retrieve your card details (Card Number, Expiry Date, CVC):

  1. Log in at app.become1.de.

  2. Navigate to the menu item "become.1 Card".

  3. Click on the displayed virtual Card.

  4. Click on "Details".

  5. Confirm the 2-FA prompt via SMS on your smartphone.

Add with the Google Wallet App

  1. Open the Google Wallet App.

  2. Click on "Add to Wallet" at the bottom.

  3. Click on "Payment card".

  4. Click on "New credit or debit card".

  5. Use your camera or click on "Enter details manually" and add the card information manually.

  6. Click "Save".

  7. Read the Issuer Terms (Emittentenbedingungen) and click "Accept".

  8. Select an option to confirm the payment method, if prompted.

Notes, Tips & Special Cases

Verification Transaction: *After adding your card, a small transaction from Google Wallet may appear on your account. This transaction checks whether the card and the account are valid, will disappear shortly, and does not affect your balance.
