How can I edit the remaining balance of my vouchers? (en)

In this article, you will learn step-by-step how to manually update the remaining balance of your vouchers in the app. Since we as the provider cannot view your current balance with our partners, only you can adjust the value after a purchase to always keep track of your balance.

  1. Log in to the web app at app.become1.
  2. Navigate to the Goodies section in the left side menu.
  3. Click on the My Vouchers sub-item.
  4. Select the voucher whose value you want to adjust.
  5. Click on the pencil icon on the right side (below the voucher information).

  6. Enter the new remaining balance and click on the checkmark icon to save the changes.

IMPORTANT: When you archive a voucher, the remaining balance is automatically set to €0 in the system. Therefore, please only archive vouchers once the balance has been completely used up.

Please note: Unfortunately, many vouchers cannot be checked online; they can only be scanned on-site/in-store, so you may need to ask for the remaining balance at the shop.
