When and how can I claim my Urban Sports Club voucher?

The Monthly Process in Detail

Every month, the voucher for your Urban Sports Club M Package goes through two fixed phases. This often raises questions because the voucher becomes visible early on but cannot be used immediately.

• The Allocation (From the 1st of the month): On the first day of the current month, the voucher is officially allocated to you in the portal. You can already see it in your overview at this point. However, the button to claim it is still locked.
• The Provision (From the 25th of the month): The function in the portal is only unlocked from the 25th of the same month. The button becomes active, and you can now claim the voucher yourself.

How to Claim Your Voucher

As soon as the 25th of the month arrives, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your portal.
2. Navigate to your voucher overview.
3. Click on "Claim Voucher" next to your Urban Sports Club voucher.
4. Download the generated PDF document.
5. Open the PDF document and click on the registration link inside.
6. Complete your registration on the Urban Sports Club website.

IMPORTANT REGARDING VALIDITY: The voucher you claim from the 25th of the month onwards is used for your Urban Sports Club membership in the following month (Example: A voucher claimed on October 25th is valid for the month of November).
