Wie kann ich personalisierte E-Mails versenden? (en)

If you open the ‘Email templates’ tab on the right-hand side, you will have access to the preset email templates. You can customise these as required at any time.

Important: These email templates control all communication between the become.1 platform and the users. If you customise a template for a specific type, such as registration, the stored email content will be sent for all future emails of this type. There is currently a German and an English template for each event.

You can edit an email template as follows:

1. Log in to app.become1.de as an administrator

2. Click on Email templates in the menu bar on the left

3. Now select the template you want to edit. For a better overview, you can sort the columns alphabetically
   
   

4. Make sure that you do not delete all dynamic fields (marked with {} brackets) such as

5. Now customise the text and design according to your company logo and click Save
   
   
   

Please note: Images uploaded for email templates or whitelabel branding are stored via a public link (public bucket) to ensure they display correctly across all email clients when emails are sent.
