How Do I Re-Invite Employees To Become.1 (Resend Registration Link)?
This article shows you how, as a become.1 Administrator, you can resend a registration link to both individual and multiple employees who have not yet registered.
I. Re-inviting Individual Employees

As a become.1 Administrator, go to the "Benutzerverwaltung" (User Administration) tab.

Check the registration status: If only the email address and no name are displayed in the "User" column for an employee, they have not yet registered.

Click on the user's row to open the User Detail View.

In the detail view, click on the "Registrierung" (Registration) tab on the right.

- Finally, click on "Registrierungs-Email versenden" (Send Registration Email). The employee will now receive an invitation again.

II. Sending Invitations to Multiple Employees Simultaneously

Select all employees (or all not yet registered employees) using the Checkbox in the top left of the User Administration.

Click on the Benutzer (User) button above the table.

Then click on the Registrierungslink senden (Send Registration Link) button.
Notes, Tips & Special Cases
Recognizing Registration Status: In the User Administration, you will find all relevant data such as email addresses, personnel numbers, or benefit budgets.
Bulk Sending: The bulk sending option only sends the link to the selected employees. Make sure you only mark the relevant users.
