How do I activate my physical card?

What is required for activation?

1. Your physical become.1 Card

2. Your personal Card PIN

3. A Mastercard payment terminal or card reader at the local merchant

How to find your personal PIN 

1. Log in at app.become1.de

2. Click on the menu item become.1 Card

3. Follow the steps below depending on the device you are using:

Smartphone View:

1. Click on your virtual Card, which displays your current balance

2. Now, click on Show physical card PIN in the lower section

3. You will now receive an SMS with a confirmation link. After clicking the link and confirming, you can view your PIN.
   
   

Desktop View:

1. Click on Show physical card PIN on the right side

2. You will now receive an SMS with a confirmation link. After clicking the link and confirming, you can view your PIN.

How to activate your physical card

1. Memorize your PIN beforehand

2. Insert your card into the card reader for your **first** payment

3. Confirm the transaction with your PIN 4.

Done. From now on, you can also tap your card to pay.
